PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
My administrative roles include being an alternative school director and a K-12 school division head where using a shared leadership approach we were able to improve academic achievement while simultaneously foster healthier, more resilient students. When I was a classroom teacher I taught regular education and special education in public, private and alternative schools, making sure that students were safe, engaged and challenged.
